These terms apply to dili.studio and to DiLi Studio services: on-prem AI, bots, apps, protected channels, and related studio work.
The studio
DiLi Studio is an AI studio. We design work that runs in our own businesses first, then for clients. Details on request.
Site and cabinet
Public pages are open to everyone. The cabinet opens with an invite: then a login, and a session cookie keeps you signed in. Do not share an invite with someone who is not meant to have access. You are responsible for keeping the login and password safe.
Project work
On-prem deployment, protected channels, and software work are agreed separately when the parties need that. This page is not that agreement.
How to use the services
Use the site and the cabinet as intended. Do not interfere with the services, guess other people’s invites, or impersonate someone else.
Materials
Site copy and layout belong to DiLi Studio unless stated otherwise. Data and models on the client side remain the client’s, as agreed.
Limitation
The public site is provided as is. We do not promise that pages will be available without interruption. Liability for project work is defined in a separate agreement.
